SCHEDULE OF FEE AND TRAVEL RATES

Effective January 1, 2008 Mediation/arbitration cases involving two law firms $300.00/hour Mediation/arbitration cases involving three or more law firms or extraordinary cases $400.00/hour Overtime is charged for evening or weekend appointments to be agreed upon. Travel and mileage fee to Fresno and/or Bakersfield (flat fee divided between parties with minimum of three hours mediation/arbitration time) $200.00 Travel and mileage fee beyond Fresno and/or Bakersfield (minimum of three hours mediation/arbitration time) $100.00/hour

  If you have a case that you are discounting your fees to non-corporate clients because of the nature of the case or the parties involved, I will be happy to discuss a reduction in my fees as well.

  In the event of a cancellation less than three full business days before the commencement of a scheduled mediation, there will be a cancellation fee. Of course, this will be waived in the event of extraordinary situations.

  There is no travel cost for mediations in Los Angeles, but they must be scheduled on either a Friday or Monday. There is a four hour minimum.
