SCHEDULE OF FEE AND TRAVEL RATES

Mediation cases


$400.00/hour
Mediation cases involving four or more law firms or extraordinary cases $500.00/hour
Arbitration cases $400.00/hour
Overtime is charged for evening or weekend appointments to be agreed upon. Booking for a full day incurs a minimum fee of seven hours.  
Travel and mileage fee to Fresno and/or Bakersfield (flat fee divided between parties with minimum of three hours mediation/arbitration time) $300.00
Travel and mileage fee beyond Fresno and/or Bakersfield (minimum of three hours mediation/arbitration time) $200.00/hour




  If you have a case that you are discounting your fees to non-corporate clients because of the nature of the case or the parties involved, I will be happy to discuss a reduction in my fees as well.

 There will be a cancellation fee in the event of a cancellation less than three full business days before the commencement of a scheduled mediation. The fee is $600 for a half day mediation/arbitration and $1200 for a full day mediation/arbitration appointment.

  There is no travel cost for mediations in Los Angeles, but they must be scheduled on either a Friday or Monday. There is a four hour minimum.
