I would like to assist you in resolving the disputed issues in your matter, and since it is so important to you, I think it is only fair that I tell something about me and my judicial philosophy. The United States clearly has the best judicial system in the world; however, serious problems are becoming more and more apparent. It is too expensive and too time consuming. The cost of litigation has become so great; it is often said that it is "the new sport of kings." The problem is that we are not a country of royalty, and the process has become less and less about Justice.
Alternative dispute resolution will be provided by assisting the parties to reach an acceptable agreement or rendering a decision based on my experience as a jurist and practicing attorney.
